Here is a view through the tunnel, a couple more pictures of the journey and the finish line! Wow. What a day, and it is not even noon yet! It took us 2 hours to get to the face, but we got to take the road down all the way to the visitor center, and that only took about an hour! Could have saved two miles by taking the road both ways instead of wandering through the woods and mountains just to get to the road to go up the Crazy Horse Mountain. Oh well, I think they did it so it would equal a 10K hike. Anyways, we can check that off our list. (-:

On the news this morning they said there was some 7,000 people that took part in the walk on Saturday. They have it again today if anyone wants to go. Otherwise you have to wait until at least next year.
