On the sidelines waiting

Looks like we will not get the rig back from shop until next week, so we are on hold for now. But we will still work on being ready to clean up and reload when we can. Parts that were ordered didn't arrive as scheduled. Colder today (about average) but supposed to warm up by the later part of next week. Getting things scheduled is harder that expected and more time consuming too. Still learning how complicated things are to accomplish. Dish Network is very helpful when ordering from them or getting service, but when you call a month in advance to discontinue service, they do not have any customer service at all and will not work with you and even transfers you to an answering machine when they are tired of you. Very poor "service", actually no service at all. Anyway, like I said, still learning about things. Should have much more good progress things next time. Thanks for stopping by.

Preparing the Rig

Over the next couple of days, we are having some general maintenance done of the rig. Such as brakes checked and oil change and tune up. Also having a window checked as it does not seal up tight when closing (crank is not working correctly and appears to be part of the window casing, so may need new window). So by the end of next week, we should be cleaning and starting to load items that we can in advance. Looking forward to that. The weather has been almost too good (60's) and we are getting antsy. Even the ice cream truck went around yesterday (St. Patrick's Day)! We both have our new glasses and can see again. I also need to go to Indiana to have one leveling jack repaired.
